Mumbi has spent over a decade in Socio-Economic Development, Social Innovation, Strategy Development & Impact Communications having worked in various Capacities, with various entities such as The World Bank Group, The ILO, British Council and Government of Kenya. She currently serves as the Chief, Growth & Operations and Executive Board Member for The Power Learn Project, one of Africa’s leading tech training programs that is leveraging the use of smart technologies to bridge the talent gap in order to harness the full potential of the African continent. Power Learn Project has a presence across 5 African countries and is currently training 10,000 developers and employs a staff of over 60, with a goal to train a million by 2027.
