I'm Lukas Fürst, a 32-year-old business owner and the proud head of our family's commercial carpentry company. Putting people first is key to our company's beliefs, a practice we've kept for 150 years. I just took on a heartfelt mission: to transform our former carpentry factory in the center of Melk. Not only do I want to preserve our history, but I also want to build a mixed-use urban zone that is climate neutral. This innovative project intends to provide a space for living, working, and thriving while nurturing art, culture, craftsmanship, and community spirit. My desire to create a better future for all people is motivated by my love for sustainability and social responsibility. I'm not simply a CEO leading this transformational path; I'm also on a mission to make the world a better place.
